IEAR.org is a community powered review of educational applications for mobile devices. IEAR is primarily focused on iPod, iPhone, and iPad apps but there are also some mentions of Android apps.  Excellent resource that allows you to sort by grade level with reviews and submissions by teachers.  “Goldmine” of resources.
